AutoPilots TOS (terms of service)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Autopilot. By creating an account for autopilot.wtf, you are agreeing to all the terms below.

2. Information We Take

When a buyer runs /redeem on Discord, we/admin take(s) the following information:

• Buyer Discord IDs for orders (discord identifier)
• Buyer Roblox usernames for orders
• Buyer cash amount for orders (cash owed to buyer)

When you create an account for autopilot.wtf, we will have access to the following information:

• Your IP address (Internet Protocol address, only path has access to this)
• Your country (only path has access to this)
• Your Discord ID (we/staff have access to viewing your discord identifier)
• Status of all alt accounts (we/admin can see amount of cash over alts and see if they are farming/dropping)
• Whitelist status (we/staff can view your whitelist status at anytime)

3. Termination

We/path may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Refunding or sharing our product/service could result in instant blacklist/termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the service owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Authority Over Whitelist

We/Admin have authority to do anything with your whitelist at any time.

6. Changes to Terms

TOS CAN BE EDITED BY PATH AT ANYTIME! An @everyone ping will be sent in discord.gg/autopilot if any changes to our TOS have been made.

8. Data Privacy

All information collected is securely held by trusted individuals:

• Information Path Will Have: Path will have access to all the information listed in Section 2.
• Information Admin Will Have: Admin will have access to Discord identifiers, whitelist status, buyer information, and key access.
• Information Staff Will Have: Staff will have access to Discord identifiers and can view whitelist status at any time.
